Vat Savitri Vrat – Thu 1 to Sat 3 Jun
Vat Savitri is a celebration observed by married women in the western Indian states. The celebration is based on the legen of Savitri & Satyavan from Mahabharat. Vat Savitri vrat (fast) will commence on Thursday 1st June and will end on Saturday 3rd June. Vad (banyan) pooja will be held in our temple by our pujari on Saturday (Punam/full moon day) at 10:30 am.
